Hello

I am very much new to this blog writing..but was very keen in sharing d experiences n recipes to give our tongue some twist n turn in taste..wish me luck n ...................lets start

BASIC CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

1. 2 Eggs
2. 3/4 Cup All purpose Flour
3. 1/4 cup Cocoa powder (or 2 tbsp bournvita n 1 tbsp coffee)
4. 3/4 cup vegetable oil
5. 1 cup Powdered sugar(3/4 cup in case using bounvita n coffee
6. 1/4 tsp baking powder
7. A pinch of salt
8. Milk if required

METHOD

1. In a blender,blend eggs n oil together..blend till it turns opaque..now add sugar to it and again blend

2. Mix all the dry ingredients together..sieve 2-3 times..

3. In a bowl take out the mixture from the blender and slowly and gradually add the dry ingredients in it    spoon by spoon..

4. Mix in one direction so tht hte air doesnt escape..beat witha count of 100(add milk if its thick
)

5.Grease a micro proof dish with butter.swift some flour or cocoa powder in it..

5. Bake in d dish for arnd 3 and a half minutes..

standing time 4-5 min


CAKE IS READY TO EAT...............
